Registration Policy - Registrations will only be processed upon receipt of full payment.
From 31 July 2010 onwards registrations will only be accepted on site
Cancellation Policy - Cancellations received until July
31, 2010 are eligible for full refund with a 30€ deduction for administrative expenses.
No refunds after July, 31 2010.
Accommodation
Hotel reservation: The Congress Secretariat is happy to book accommodation on your behalf.
- Full payment of Hotel accommodation is required to guarantee the reservation.
- Confirmation of hotel reservation will be forwarded upon acceptance of payment by the credit card or bank transfer.
The confirmation sent by e-mail is also valid as hotel voucher.
Hotel preferences: Hotel allocation being made on a first-come, first-served basis, participants are kindly requested to indicate their preferences.
